Need help from someone at a Mitsu dealer: '05 turbo coolant recall part #

I have one of the few Evo's that falls into the Campaign # 05V335000 Turbo coolant hose replacement. If you can get access to the actual campaign info, i'm looking for the replacement Part Number.

Why?

I work 6 days a week, 90 miles from the closest dealer. I don't have the time to drop the car off...I work as a Toyota technician, and want to **purchase** the part and install it myself. I called the closest dealer and they never called me back. Basically they tried to claim they couldn't sell me a a part that was under recall. That's just plain stupid. If I was a bodyshop trying to repair an '05 that had already had the campaign completed, but was damaged in a front end collision...would they not sell it to then? This isn't a matter of liability. I just want to prevent the hose from failing and leaving me with a green mess.

Turbo Water Feed Hose: MD363256

They get 1.6 flat rate hours for the hose according to the campaign instructions...That's good for a recall item. -Gabe

Several years ago I bought a Mitsu recall campaign part and installed it because I didn't trust the dealer to do the work. I had to pay for the part but otherwise - no problem.
