running AMS GT35R with supporting mods minus 2.3L and intake manifold...have aem...on 92 im running 20-21 and 117 im running 28...i was told the 21 psi for pump was pretty low,but other people said yeah its only 21 pounds BUT its a 35R...well if your running 35R let me know what your boosting,thanks

 

man i run 18psi for pump gas.....
and that's good enough for me with the 35R

at the track it's a different story.

 

I think 21-22psi is the max for a B16G. On a 35R I imagine things would be worse, but at that pressure, 35R isn't even flexing very hard. I think I would get a wideband and keep an eye on my EGTs.

 

i have the aem ems 5 bar map with wideband and built in uego...well with 21 pounds the car pulls,was jw...

Honestly before people throw out numbers. Remember all cars are a little different. It all depends on your tune.

19psi pump, 32psi on meth...

 

ok sounds right running...20-21 on pump and 28 on 117....i dont have a dyno so i dont know the numbers...but on 22 psi,no launching,half tank of 92 and 5 gallons of race i trapped at 123mph...i know if i had all race and was able to launch and had boost at 28 i would have got about 130or so
