problem with car

I am having a problem with my car. Im turning it back to stock so i can start my build but trying to get all the kinks worked out first. I have a CEL p0102. If i free rev the car it wont go past 4500. Also when i drive it it wont go past 4500. Car has UTEC, DTEC-BC, 272 cams, buschur mas pipe, and cat-back exhuast on it still. anyone have any ideas whats wrong.

Either the UTEC crapped out or you have a broken wire (or two) in the harness between the car and the UTEC.

I'd say it has something to do with the MAF... if u tapped into any of the wiring Check to make sure all the wiring is secure

I put about 20 miles on it with the new MAF and so far so good. Ill be doing about 200 miles tomorrow so I'll know for sure if that fixed it.
