RS an acceptable Daily Driver?

I found a really good deal on an 05 Evo RS. i will autocross the hell out of it and drive it to work every day as well. I am wondering if this is a suitable daily driver?

Also, if i get sick of no power locks or windows, can i add those myself down the road?

Thanks

well i think it depends on what your'e used to driving. If your former daily driver is a 3 series bmw or something, you might get sick of the RS. (it's loud inside, especially on the freeway)

but if your'e not used to driving luxury cars with all the creature comforts, then you will probably think it's ok.

well, im driving an M3 with a very track worthy suspension, so noise and a harsh ride is nothing new to me.

Yeah, acceptable daily driver is always pretty subjective.

I'm sure it'd be fine.

I have 12,000 miles on this RS, I think it's a great daily driver.

I've always wondered about the RS's radio... or lack-there-of. I think that would be the biggest draw back to the RS. Can radios/ cdplayers be added easily, or is there a lot of work involved? I am assuming there are no speakers at all, but maybe the wiring is still there so one would only need to buy a head unit and some speakers and just plug everything in...?

It's easy to add and is prewired for the antennae.

I still haven't added a radio to mine, it's become my litttle zen driving chamber.

I drive mine daily, and love it! Just needed a radio and all was set. It's great car to drive day to day in my opinion. Does it get loud, I guess, but it depends on what you consider loud. I never really have to turn my radio to the max just to hear it. Also when my friends are in the car, we don't have to yell at eachother to have conversations. In fact it seems to have soothing constant volume to it, that usually puts people to sleep while I'm driving. Basically it's a good car for day to day driving.

for some reason, the car seems to get hotter inside than other cars i have driven, especially since it is getting warmer outside. it's an awesome car, and perfect for daily driving!!
