I got one too. The thing that really pisses me off is that the dealer has been calling for the past few weeks telling me that if I receive one to make sure and mark extremely satisfied on everything. He also went on to tell me if I want to mark anything less than that to call him first.

WTF? Who the hell is he to tell me how I should mark the survey? I really like the car but thus far I do not like the company and I can't stand the service manager. I think they all blow and I'm going to mark it on the survey.

The salesman may make $$ if he gets a good survey. I sell Hyundais and Subarus and with Hyundai the salesperson gets extra $$ from them if the survey is a high score. Don't take it out on the poor salesman. Just give him good scores and move on with your life.

I was told by the service manager that they base their employee bonuses on the survey results (at least the dealer I went to).

I received 2 of these. I started to fill them out.... then just looked at it 1/4 finished, threw it away. Eff all that. That might take about an hour to do. I have better things to do with my time, like look at car parts for sale and ****.
