AC leak?
AC leak?
Sup guys. Is it normal for my Evo IX to jsut be making like water puddles everywhere i park..? cause i mean my old accord never does this neither does my infiniti or my nissan? my Evo is the ony garaged car and it even makes tiny puddles in there i touched it and felt around and im pretty sure its not oil... i mean i dont think its harmfull to the car but its kind of annoying.
Anyone else have this problem?
I did some searches and i coudlnt find anything about ac leak? maybe im jsut noob?

My moms 2000 accord v6 does it and so does my dads 03 saab 9-3.
okay thats good im glad its normal
nwo that i think of it your probably right i probably jsut didnt notice them doing it cause the evo is the first garaged car so the water doesnt evaporate as quick on the garage floor... thats probably why i notice it

I think this is the deal with the issue I am having as well, but I'd like a second opinion pleae.
I parked the Evo in the garage and as I was walking out, I saw a wet trail leading into the garage. I looked under the car and there is a small puddle forming and water is dripping from the center of the car, right about where the firewall is.
I grabbed a flashlight, popped the hood and found that it was dripping from a little rubber hose that was coming out of the firewall. It came out of the firewall, made a 90 degree bend downward and stopped; the water was dripping out of that.
I am guessing that is a tube for letting the A/C condensation out? I was running the A/C while I was driving, which I normally don't do.
