Want to buy modified evo... where is the most reliable palce/most reliable way to buy one. What should I expect to pay for a 500 whp evo (03 with 30k plus miles)?

bottom line is I figure I will end up building up a stroker anyways... SO I figure I rather get a car with a upgraded turbo and other supporting mods as long as the body is clean. Then when I replace the motor I will have everything I need short of tranny upgrades. I am not expecting the motor to last more than 10-20 k... just want a good starting point
