Its a JDM breathalyzer test vent, if you ate too much rice that day the car shuts off

na 4 real... its a Blue tooth mic I believe. so you can drive hands free.

Nice to know its comes from the factory like that i thought the guys that installed my lowjack made that vent... (was looking for anything different when i got back in my car and that was the only thing i noticed)
