I got the Compustar 2W900FM-AS

http://www.compustar.com/security_with_remote_start.htm

Expensive, but it's got awesome distance and you have to follow a certain sequence when you're turning the car off in order to remote start it the next time. The sequence prevents the car from starting in gear. It was kinda annoying at first, but you get used to it.

Highly recommended.

This is the only problem I had with it:

mine is a crime guard 850 i4. remote start would take a micro switch that would be set to be released when the car is in neutral. But I have a turbo timer so I always leave my car in neutral.

I got a clifford (can't remember the version off the top of my head) and I believe it has that safety feature but I never really looked into it or had it hooked up 'cause I'm afriad of the "what if....". It doesn't have the pager feature though, however it requires the driver input a code everytime the engine starts or when the door has been opened/closed.
