I think they both look really good but Id choose 9 being more fresh.

I could have sworn I've seen a bby 9. Maybe it's just the pictures that make it look that way?

I like the 9 bumper as well except the nostrils. The grill area looks cleaner without the triangle like the 8 has.

No. Electric Blue is in full effect for '05 VIII's and '06 IX's.
