I hear that NAPA constant torque clamps can solve this problem.

there is the size listing.

degrease those joints real well, spray some "tackifier" like hair spray and then clamp it down with some high torque clamps www.mcmaster.com, part #5661K(11-26). T-bolts MAY introduce a slight leak under the supporting band

does the injen pipe have a rolled bead at the joint?

I experienced the EXACT same problem on my IX w/Injen's LICP. It's obviously designed for the VIII and doesn't fit the IX because of the different turbo-outlet pipe.

I took mine to a local import shop and they extended the LICP by welding a longer piece onto the endtank side of the LICP. Now the Injen pipe actually touches the endtank on the intercooler and touches the turbo-outlet pipe as well. Clamped it w/T-Bolts as well for extra insurance...no probs since.

try to avoid adhesive sprays cuz when those sprays get hot, they can slide around too, and use some t-bolts and degrease that thing as best you can, the pipe and the coupling

I have an evo and injen pipes and I have had problems with them popping off. I just had my LICP blow off on my way home from work the other day. I couldnt make it home cause I had no tools, so I had to pay a shop $70 to fix it and put new clamps on it, only to have it blow off 1 hr later. And the couplers suck by the way
