Talking Want to hear HKS 280 cams idle? C'mon in.

Idle set to ~960 RPM. HKS 280 cams set to +2/0. Gotta love the sound.

Audio clip is in .wma format.

I got 264's in mine and it idles waaaaaaaaaay better than that. At first I had kinda wished for the 272's, but once I got them installed, I was glad I didnt. I had 272s on my eclipse, and honestly 264s are cams enough for 95% of street evos.

Cam gears can help smooth out the idle tremendously.

That's what I want to know. Tuned or not? My idle sounds similar and I'm trying to figure out if I have a tune.

It sounds almost exactly like my '91 GTI.

Thanks for taking the time to post the clip.
