You wear pink panties with sparkles dont you?
You are fine. They may need retain your app but I am sure it's not on the bulletin board in the employee breakroom or being faxed to a Nigerian bank Presidents daughter that they have been meaning to get back to. Oh and before you ask, contrary to public belief, multiple credit inquiries do NOT adversely affect your scores when the are for a car or home loan and take place within a reasonable amount of time from one another. I.E. you can go to another dealer, have your credit pulled again and not take a hit to your FICO scores.

The only thing i can recomend for you is to read this site
http://www.carbuyingtips.com/
I am currently looking for a deal around So Cal, and it probably saved me a bit of cash just by reading their site.

Go to your nearest Social Security office and apply for a new ss#. but first try to get your name changed on your Birth Certificate. You might want to contact the US Marshalls office and ask them to relocate you as well. Hope this helps.

They can't run your credit unless you sign the credit consent form that they present to you right before you do financing... If you did not sign that form and they end up running your credit you can sue them... You can make them undo the inquire on your credit report....1 inquire is not going to hurt you, but if they run it once a month every month for the past 3 years then thats going to hurt you.
You are fine, just check your credit report and see if there is an inquire....if there is just call the dealership and tell them u did not authorize it and tell them u want it remove from your credit report or I will sue you....

Some times they run it through many diffrent companys and it will lower your score.
If they ask for your licenses during a test drive, do what i do and put it in a envelope in front of them and seal it, and write on the back no credit check. If its open report them and they will be fined.

I didnt read any of the replies, but I work for a bank. When the delaership, lending company pulls your credit report thay dont have to show it to you or give it to you. The only way you can get your own credit report is if you go thru equifax, experion etc by yourself

I have a friend that works for a dealer and she' just hooks me up w/ my credit report whenever I want, well atleast she did.... But, on occasion, some dealers will let you have a copy... it all depends on how you ask or if you've come to good terms w/ the salesperson!
