Lancershop problems
I agree with most members here, they have to at least give you good customer service even if they cannot have the part replaced.
Not refunding shipping & charging a restocking fee is pretty standard in this industry which sucks.
Sorry to hear about your experience and others.

Lshop however, will always answer the phone no matter how busy they are, it will most likely be a girl in phone sales who has no idea what an Evo even is, but they will answer. They sell huge inventory at low prices and can afford to do this because they dropship many parts from thier vendors directly.
They are set up primarily for web orders and e-mail tracking and you should assume you will need to deal with the company that manufactures the part directly if there is an issue that needs resolution other than sales/shipping.
When I have to have somthing the next day, I have always had luck with shops like Works and Z1 where you get to discuss your needs with a person who actually cares about your situation and will follow up .
When I'm planning an install and have a bit to wait, I'll use Lancershop because of thier huge selection and price.

It seems that if Lancershop has the part in stock at their warehouse then it gets to you quick, with no problems. However if the warehouse doesn't have the part, get ready to wait a while, there is not very good communication between the warehouse and the people that answer the phones. I just ordered something from them, and I have a feeling it's going to be on backorder, but it's ok, because it's something that I'm not quite ready to install so I can afford to wait. On the positive side, you have to search pretty hard to beat their prices on most items.
