The stock diverter valve doesn't flutter, leak or stall the car. Alot of members reported having this issue with the HKS. Back when I had my greddy type S BOV, it would flutter and leak also. If you do a search, theres many posts about the HKS BOV.

IC IC i understand now, i apreciate you takeing your time to explain things and giveing me advice, i think imma just put bak in the stock BOV since its much better, and probably sell the HKS one =D

i think most people get the bov for the sound.. i personally really like the sound my self.

The stock DV is good beacause It works May be you should have gotten an adjustable BOV so that you can control how loud you want the psssssssh...

Did he give you like a "fix it" ticket..? I actually got a SPEED RACING ticket years ago in my 91 MR2T because the cop thought the BOV sound from my tires spinning when I changed gears. The cop was such a dumbass, when I told him he was wrong and it was BOV and not screeching tires he pretty much got all pissed off since I proved his statement to be entirely wrong and wrote me the biggest ticket he could. I got out of it in court, but it woulda looked horrible on my driving record and made my insurance go way up I'm sure.

Eitherway, good luck with it, hopefully you can just show them that you "fixed" it and that'll be enough.

Yeh he soemwhat gave me a fix it ticket, i go to the referree and then go to court and hopefully get it fixed and get it over with
