first of all that hks bov do not belong to the car! You have a 9 the 9' come with a great bov,
put back the stock one and throw that bov in the garbage can.

my brain hurts just from reading this thread!!!

2 things:
first, write better, you will get much better responses if you don't write " AlL GhetTo". Doesn't have to be perfect, just good enough so it doesn't hurt to read your writing.

second, recirc your bov, and to me it truly doesn't matter if your bov is stock or aftermarket, but i think it wil have to recirc in order to pass cali emmissions.

+1...Good ole So-Cal cops got nothing better to do but Pull Us EVO ownders Over...i got pulled over cuz i had no plates and then he told me to pop my hood..(had the car for only 2 months ****en DIc*)... anyways put that stock DV on and the ticket shouldnt be that High. prolly under 50 most likely if you only got a BOV citaiton. I didn't even know u could get a ticket for a BOV, I had the same BOV on my 94 Supra TT and never had any hassles.
Different States/Provinces, Different Laws I guess
