I just checked mine and it was disgusting. I pulled out all the lint and crap. I then took my air compressor and blew out the rest of the junk. After all that I sprayed it with some Febreeze. Hopefully that should suffice. If not I will just go buy a new one.

 

hmm, learn something new everyday, both my mom's Audi TT and my Carrera are instantly humid when I start them... I bet it has to do with the condensation in the pipes... I'll have to try the running it without the a/c thing.

it is the micro-organisms that start to live in your system. There was mention above, a product that mitsu stealership has (saw it on the brochure as well). This product does work. Had them use it when i had my A/C recharged. Smells oh so fresh again.

 

you can make ur own spray.. all it is is amonia.. i used to work at toyota and have a few cans of that stuff right here.. it says contains amonia and alchohol....
