IX Lease Deals - Any help?

Mitsubishi Motors Finance may not offer any lease deals on the Lancer Evo, but you can certainly still lease one if you want to. Almost any bank will lease you a car. And if you shop around, you can typically find better lease deals than even the manufactuers' finance arms can offer.

Leasing is just a *gigantic* waste of money.
to say if leasing is good or bad , it's basically determined by lots of factors
if u fit the following , ud better lease
1. ur car will be pretty bad shape that u r sure u wont be able to sell it above the residual value
2. going to total it / got stolen , before lease end and buying gap insurance
3. lease total < (buy price - resale value)
it is bad if u
1. dun need it anymore before lease ends
2. getting the car at MSRP - residual
3. driving more than miles allowed
4. getting a good deal for the lease and decided to buy it at the end

I would never personally lease a car either. But there are some situations where leasing does make a lot of sense. e.g. Someone who is self-employed. Or someone leasing a car that maintains a high residual value.
But the original poster was asking about his options for leasing an Evo, not everyone's opinion on the practicality of leasing.
