damn.......time for new exhaust sytem

my friend got sideswiped about a month ago. the guy had insurance on all his cars except the one he was driving..now he's trying to say it was my friends fault, even though he tried to pass on the right.. some dumb and careless drivers today..

so what happened? Did he try to run? I hope there was a cop so there won't be any questiones about whose fault is it in court. Anyway, it looks like you only have damage to rear bumper cover and muffler. You might consider replacing those with aftermarket parts. I'm sorry that **** happen to you man, you know not all car has traction like the Evo.

The cops showed up in force pretty quickly and issued him a ticket.
I was planing to put my turbo timer and boost guage in sat.
now I feel sick!
anybody know of a 1st class body shop in o.c ?

not good at all...wish it could have been a better day to drive...i feel ya...my roomie got her oz lancer fender messed up...but take that punk *** to court....no driver should be out without insurance

yeah that is way ****ty, i'd def. bring the assclown to court for that ill ****. Or make them pay outta pocket for the repairs, of course if they dont have insurance they prolly dont have the cash to pay for evo damages.

Hate to burst your bubbles guys, but taking him to court will be a very long and trivial process, like up to a year before you even see a court room. My moms cousin is a personal injury attourney, and I heard about how much this type of situation sucks. Most likely, your insurance company willhave to pay for all the damages to your car, and 99% of the lawyers and insurance people you will talk to will advise you to not take it to court. Dont ya love the court systems???

Glad to see no one was hurt and the damage is minimal. Good luck man.
