right side running lights?

Tried doing a search for wiring diagrams but came up empty..So here is my problem ... I pulled out my head unit and rewired it.. That night I noticed my whole right side running lights and 3 lights that light up my heater a/c controls dont work either... I pulled out my stereo but trying to find a bad ground in the wiring mess is a nightmare .... Has anyone had a problem like this... Is it a bad ground? Im not sure of a fuse that controls half of the cars running lights.. My fuse cover that shows all the fuses is also missing... any help will be appreciated
