Ummmmmmmm
You cant say Balance is one, because balance takes all the others into consideration as one.
Think about it.
btw..... mine is 1.) Dont spend anyone money on this car.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Humm, Scorke is onto something...
Heres my list, Im very happy with the power so Im done there for the most part.
1) Safety (harnesses, cage, clothing...)
2) Overall balance (Braking, Handling, Tires)
3) Maintenance/Upkeep
Just an overall good track day car that can still drive the streets for fun.

What I did:
1. Power bump
2. Handling
3. Braking
If you want a good track car, suspension rules (but you need to stop):
1. Braking - upgrade fluid and pads
2. Suspension Handling - rear swarybar then springs and/or coilovers
3. Safety - CGLock, harness bars, 3/5pt harness
4. Tires - stock advans are pretty awesome; move to R compounds when/if you feel safe
5. Power - nothing drastic
Everyone does some form of looks, albeit window tint, rims, debadging; etc. I didn't count that as 'show'. Carbon hoods/trunks, bodykits, 19" rims etc are more show imo.

i bet everyones first mods were "show" meaning removing the badging and/or adding the JDM/UK badges and a shortee antenna... like me!
My list
1. reliability
2. balance
3. suspension
4. hp
5. bling
6. mileage---->wish this could be at the top for the EVO
