B&B turbo back exaust

Does anyone know if the B&B turbo back exaust for Evo VIII will fit a IX as well?

The only thing that might be a problem would be the downpipe.

Its funny though, when I bought my 03, B&B was one the most highly reccomended exhausts and now you hear about them much.

I know, I feel the same way! Mine made 30whp and 25wtq plus is very quiet, even catless is almost like stock!

I was interested in this exhaust too and was told by a B&B dealer that the catback & test pipe would fit, but highly unlikely that the downpipe would fit. Rather than take my chances, I decided to get something else. I think one of the reasons the B&B band wagon has died down was due to the exhaust comparison that was done in TPR? There's links to it somewhere on here...

I never heard of any issues with this exaust? What was the problem that TPR found?

Nothing was wrong with it, it was just one of the lowest power producing exhausts they tested. But then again, other dyno's have it producing crazy power.

I am very happy with mine, it makes good horse power and it sounds cool without being loud! Anyway, I'm thinking of keeping the exaust and maybe get another down pipe for the IX.

it was the first exhaust I had and if I did it again it would be the only exhaust I got. Great gains and not to loud. The second exhaust I had was a greddy ti but that was WAY to freaking loud.
