AWD + Snow is a lotta fun! A lot of controllable fun that is. Truely awesome.
Don't run the stock tires of course. I've ran all-seasons (Conti's) on my last 2 cars and had no problems. Running 2 sets of tires/rims is pricey though. Think mine's gonna sit this winter though, gonna invest that winter tire/rim money into the track next spring! 2 cars...

haha good stuff. i just didnt want to be the only evo on the streets. i was going to put the car in the garage but my DD corolla got broken into and is trashed. (I hate f*cking theifes!) so i take it that Blizzaks and hakkas are snow rubber? what brand? i might need some of those! thnx

how many of you guys that drive in the winter are lowered? any problems? i know its going to be fun in the snow, but i'm worried about iceballs and plowing snow with my bumper that may cause damage.
I get some of this with a stock height evo in deeper/wet snow. With blizzaks it's a blast although this year I will have to detune the car so I don't kill myself.
