Did the tune take into account the fuel pump? The walbro can overpower the stock fuel pressure regulator, basically causing more fuel pressure than stock.

I am not kidding but I heard complaints from Edwin (Evo member) that the actual gas cap open could give you some issues.

I think he means if the gas cap isnt tight enough. It will also through a CEL. Id check to make sure TT accounted for the Walbro. I havent heard anything bad from them on here so i couldnt imagine it being the actual tune. Is it only happen after you fill up the gas tank?

I know it may sound stupid, but make sure your gas cap is tight. It is part of your emissions system and it could throw the ECU off if its not pressurized right. Even if it is tighted it might be a bad gas cap and might not be sealing completely. Not trying to insult your intelligence as im sure you know this, but just putting it out there.

gas cap? maybe im misunderstanding u, but the cap is off when pumping gas. thats the only time the car runs extremely rich it reads 10 and the car was bogging. this happened after i got my walboro and tuned.

your car is turned off when pumping gas right? after getting gas and putting the cap back on, you are tightening it till you hear like 4 clicks?

i am at a loss for words right now. as stated above the gas cap is apart of the emmisons system, and pressurization is crutial. who taught you to fill a car with gas?
