cleared up some things about buschur DP
as you guys know i was going to buy a used buschur turboback, but was afraid of downpipe fitment. i called buschur and found out that the older buschur DP will not fit the IX, only the 8. so this wont work. the exhaust i was going to buy was full slip fit. i ask buschur do they make a downpipe with a flange on top and a slip fit on bottom, so i can just give away the used DP and buy a new one from them. they do not. my only option is to buy a new DP and test pipe from them, to fit the slip fit catback i was going to buy used.
what started as a killer deal on a turboback turned into only a usable catback, and i still have to spend 375 from buschur for a brand new DP and test pipe. im pissed.

and i forgot to add.... if you want a catback for cheap, take a look at megan racing..
zeus sells them for a good price.
cheers!
I do have the line on Megan
... however, the 05-06' downpipes are on back order due to a redesign. Any vendor selling an 05-06 owner a Megan downpipe right now is selling a 03-04 fitment. There have been repeated fitment problems with these on 05's and up. It will be at least a month before there is one available from Megan for 05-06 Evos. Catbacks/delete pipes are good to go.

If you are Concerned about fittment go with the AMS Turbo back, Buschur is good but I havent seen one on the car. I personaly have a AMS turboback (which i installed) and IT went in real easy and the fit is great.
