Hi does anyone have a Espilir JGT 500 exhaust sound clip??? i searched and all the links are dead

 

ill tell you what..it sound so mean! and loud!"dp,tp,espilir".. i used to have it but i change mine to hks carbon- ti

 

I have the Espilir DP and am thinking about getting the rest of the JGT 500. Is the sound deep? Loud does not necessarily mean better. My greatest fear is putting on an exhaust and having it sound like a cheap civic. I hate that high pitch sound. Thanks in advance.

 

friend of mine had it on an 8. he had the catback i believe with stock downpipe and HF cat. i know he had catback though. he loved it. very low tone and not overly loud at all. kind of low key if you ask me, maybe because he still had stock DP and high flow cat. when i say low key, i parked my full AMS turboback with test pipe next to it and when both idling, you couldnt even hear his!!! nice exhaust though.

 

I have the Espelir JGT500 DP and CB (UR TP because Espelir doesn't have TP that I know of). I had just the CB for 6 months before getting the DP and TP. I did a lot of research because like you I didn't want an exhaust that sounded like crap. In the end I went with Espelir because of its deep pleasing rumble at idle based on this clip from Mike at forge:

I did not know how it would sound at cruise or WOT until I got it on the car. Since I put it on I haven't heard one I like more. It is a fair amount louder at idle with the DP and TP on, but it is still the same pleasing deep rumble, just louder. And you can hear the turbo spool up more.

I don't think you can go wrong with the JGT500!

wow that sound damn good. nice and low key but really sounds like it would rip at WOT. that is full turboback correct?

The one in the clip is Mike's from Forge. He doesn't have the same DP or TP as me but it is a full TBE.
