i'm gonna go with the wheel weight theory.it was drag around and cause the damage.

Yea, thanks for the varification guys. I knew I was right. I doubt that I'm gonna do anything about. Just go and get my car modified somewhere else. I know these guys for couple years and always worked on my cars, and I recommened people there all the time, but I guess that will have to change now.

I agree, if they didnt remove the weight before trying to remove the tire it would get dragged around the wheel like that.

Why call?

You should just go down there so they can SEE what everyone here is talking about. Don't throw a fit. State the facts of the situation:

1. You have been a loyal customer for XX years and have recommended them to many people.

2. The damage does not look like curb rash. It's much too clean. Even a lay person can see this, and a professional like them should understand.

3. Ask what they are willing to do to keep you as a loyal customer.

Just an update guys. I heard back from them. They take full responsibility and apoligized for what happened after seeing the pics. We will work something out.

That's a big releave that I won't have to look for a new tuning shop....
