evo 8 spiking and overboost problem

hey i got an evo 8 and i have 3" from header back and also a mbc and intake. the turbo spikes really bad up to about 25 psi and sets an overboost code and hits fuel cut. if i close the bc slightly it wont hit fuel cut but i only boost at like 16psi i dunno if i should get a bigger wastegate or it needs more fuel i need a lil help. also i tried to put the stock bc solenoid back and it would boost no higher than 12-13psi whats that about? any comments would help greatly thanks guys

why did you post this in the evo general when you posted it in the engine drivetrain too? You got answers over there and that is where it belongs. You will not get very far double posting specially the same exact thread in two different places. And to be honest you got some very helpful answers in your other thread.

It's actually double posted in this forum, so I think he just hit submit twice on accident. I already reported it to be deleted, so it will be gone when a mod reads the reports.
