Car Bra Help??

Alright, so I am making the first long drive in the EVO from northern Cali back to Arizona for Christmas break in about a week and a half. The front bumper on my old car got destroyed from that trip numerous times, so I am not making that mistake again.

I know everyone says to get a clear bra, but I don't have the money and I just don't want one... so don't try to convince me!

Anyone have any experience with leather car bras that fit well on the EVO VIII???? Is my best bet just buying the OEM one from a dealership?? I was just wondering because that one is $149.99, and I was curious as to my other options.

Opinions???

The leather ones will trap dirt, dust, water, bugs - whatever in them. So all of that will be between your bra and your paint - what do you thing will happen? A: scratching or hazing of the clear coat.

There is also a temp. "paint" out now what can be had at any autostore that is a paint on-able clear bra.

dude, a black bra is super ugly and ruins your paint job, you need to take it off like every day practically to keep the dust that goes underneath from ruining ur paint job.

I got clear bra and it cost me 400.00 and well worth it...

just do what ever you want its your ride
