Some have expressed difficulties when booking the room through the online link. This link only calculates the correct rates when book for the three nights we contacted (thurs, fri, sat) and are based on one person per room.

Do not input more than one person per room or extra days or you will be charged more. If you wish to book extra days, call the hotel directly at 702 836 5969. If you call them, they will honor the group rate for additional days.

I just saw the add on the evom home page and it says drag?? Is there anybody doing a drag event at the strip

 

The drag racing unfortunately got canceled a while back and we replaced it with a dyno competition. For those that want to enter the dyno competition, it is only $25. Sign up with me

It will not be and that is why it was canceled. They are running a Monster truck event there, and it will be closed for a full week exactly when we wanted it

Charles, do you guys have the detailed itinerary for the three days? Time and location of each of the meets, DE session and events/competitions would help tremendously. I realize that we are still 45 days out, but it would be cool to know the details

 

Not yet, but we will roughly a month out. The track schedule is going to be worked out once we have a better idea of the sizes of the groups. Here is a rough idea of the schedule

Friday Sept 21:

11-12PM - leave for red rock loop cruise. Leave from Westin
4PM-9pm - Dyno Competition @Dougs Dyno
9pm - Poker@Westin

Saturday Sept 22
8-9AM - Arrive at track, tech, meetings
9am-5pm - DE and Competition practice
7pm-11pm - Perrin Performance Evo and Lancer Show Off @Westin
Late night - Cruise down the strip

Sunday Sept 23
8-9AM - Arrive at track, tech, meetings
9am-5pm - DE, Competition practice, Competition

 

The Westin show, is that just for tricked out lancers? Or can we bring our semi-tricked out RAs / OZs too? I'm so lame

 

If it is a Lancer of any kind, its game. Last I heard, it was called a Lancer RA or OZ
