2007 National Evo/Lancer Meet in Vegas!!! Presented by Perrin Performance
Yeah, the traffic was a shame. Incredible drive though. One way traffic, two lanes wide, and tons of curves. We actually almost got kicked out of the park before we started as apparatly to take a large group through, you are supposed to have a permit. It was a good time though with lots of photo ops.
To all that are attending the show tomorrow, the preferred entrance is from Koval St entering the parking garage by the Perrin/Alta Rig. The show is being held on floors 5-7 of the parking garage. Everyone should back in and separate out into lancers and evos. There will be volunteers to direct you. Once parking, be sure to fill out your show entry (no excuse not to enter since its free), and place it on your windshield under the wiper. To very top floor (7) is reserved for vendors and selected cars, so unless instructed, parking starting at the top of 6 in the covered area.

After the drive to Redrock yesterday, I think we can all tell the difference between the EVOs and the rest of us. How about the EVOS up closer to the top i.e 6th level and work their way down. The Lancers can start at the 5th level and work our way up.
Well... off to the races (just to watch).
Edit... Charles, Thanks for coordinating this for us!

First!
Here's me. I ended up coming in 4th in the street class. Note to all: never ever road race on Falken Azenis tires, they are unpredictable slush after half a lap. With a completely misaligned suspension and these crap tires, I missed taking 3rd.
Also, WAY TO GO AMS!!! You'll hear the stories from others I'm sure of their miraculous comeback from a turbo wheel that got warped into something resembling a malformed cruller type doughnut.
Anyway, here's me (Thanks Neil!):

The weekend turn-out was a little disappointing. I thought for sure there would be much more cars and companies. AMS and Perrin showed the muscle on the track along with the GST Impreza. Good weekend for the most part, but definitely a 'first annual' turn-out. Next year will be much better I'm sure!
