Still working on the hotel. It WILL be one of the major casinos. The reason we are waiting is to get a more accurate idea of how many people and cars we will have so we can negotiate the best possible deal. We should have this set sometime within the next month. I like the Hard Rock, but I don't know if the can/will accomodate us. The Supra guys have a deal with the Luxor that works out pretty well and therfor we know they are prepared to accomodate us. Those are just two possibilities

If at all possible, everyone should try and stay at the group spot where we will have reserved group parking and group rates.

 

I'm in. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE book a place with secured parking...

The list is tentative, not the event. The event is definitely happeneing and alsmost complete sorted, just waiting on the Hotel/casino. There will be updates, and this topic will remain the entire time. We are also just about to launch our opfficial site for the meet and tuner shootout.
