Recaro Speed VS stock Recaro

I've really been wanting to get rid of my stock/blue seats for a while now. I had a deal with some EVO 9 seats, but things kept happening to keep me from getting them. I found the Recaro Speed in all black with red stitching and was wondering if these were any better or worse than the stock seats?

I'm just mainly wanting to get rid of the blue seats. I'm not really wanting a all out pair of fixed racing seats with c/f and all that.

If anyone has opinions on these seats or any other seat that will cost about $1200-$1400 bucks let me know.

Thanks.....

Recaro speed are pretty comfortable but a little too wide for my small frame. They'll work just as well as the stock 9 seats with better bolster on the bottom for your legs. Go for it.

I'm planning on replacing my driver seat with Recaro Speed eventually.
It fits me like a glove and provides the thigh support lacking in our stock seats.
Personally, I think speed provides nice support w/o being too extreme like many fixed back racing seats.
You should sit on one to make sure it fits you if it's possbile.

You guys have any pics installed in your cars or anyone elses? Which material did you go with?

I remember the SRD being a former ITR owner and lusted over those for a long time while having it. Could you buy the JDM Integra SRD's without the rails and buy some for the EVO?
