anyone deal with member "evolved69" before?
I did use paypal. I've already filed a complaint with paypal after trying to first resolve it with the seller.
Paypal's response was this"We have completed our investigation of this case. No further action is required by you at this time. We have denied this claim. As stated in our User Agreement, PayPal’s Buyer Complaint Policy only applies to the shipment of goods, not to disputes about the attributes or quality of the goods received. We have noted your claim in the seller's record. The seller's account privileges will be limited if excessive complaints are received."

same thing happend to me.
I wonder is he ever sold anything before since he has no feedback. I would definately not trust anyone with no feedback. Good luck on your claim and I wont jump to any conclusions here since there are two sides to every story.

It does, I ment to say, Yet another thread about bashing him about his car, Sorry for the confusion. Most people know already that the HKS is not a full 3in, In fact HKS does not make one at all, And they dont make a Titanium exhaust either, The Carbon-Ti is just the tip, Try to talk to him on either AIM or on here and try to get it resloved, Good luck with it and hope it all goes well.
Paypals protection is a JOKE! I got ripped of on ebay when I bought a club. A completely fake different club came and after I filed a claim they simply stated that the fraudulent seller provided a tracking number, and I got SOMETHING so they would not refund my money! This is even after ebay sent me an email saying it was fraudulent and not to pay! I have done many transactions through paypal and ebay, and now I really think they both SUCK for protecting us!!!

OK guys, I had to clean this one up a bit. Let's all remember that NO personal information is to be posted here regarding any member. As long as we can all agree with this, we'll keep this thread open. I don't like scammers anymore than anybody else does, so let's just play by the rules here. Thanks.
