As you know, 'Tis the season!!! haha and since it is, I am looking to purchase a Turbo-back exhaust system for my 06 ww IX...I know alot of posters on the boards and alot of evo owner's in general have already done this mod. So thats why I turn to you all in helping me make my decision. What system/set up has the best sound and the best gains in HP? thanks

That is way too general of a question. It matters what you think a good sounding exhaust is, loud, quiet, big tip, stock looking.

i have an ams turboback and it is amazing, it sounds way good and is light and free flowing. i think it looks good also. my friend has the turboxs rfl ti and that exhaust looks really good also and is a little quieter than the ams exhuast. good luck choosing

do a search for "exhaust sound" or exhaust sound clip" there's a few threads there with a handful of exhaust sound clips. hks, ams, megan, txs are a few i remember being in there off the top of my head. whether or not you go catless makes a big difference with sound and performance

If you settle on the Buschur one, it's better to go with the BR Stage 1.

Just a little heads up.

Invidia N1 or G200 TBE w/ 02 housing. It's got looks, performance and reasonable price.
