Whenever I send a package I make sure there is signature confirmation. That $1.35 can save you alot of headaches.

Paypal seems to be very up and down. I have had good help from them on issues.

I had an incident in Ebay with a local guy that never shipped my item after a lot of e-mails, ofering to go and pick up the item for the same price with nothing in return. But he forgot that his address apeared in the paypal thing when you pay. Needless to say I payed him a visit and I got my item and my money...

Priceless!!!!! I have had a couple of transactions on here and ebay, smooth. Only one incident on ebay where I payed the guy like $3.00 for some Brembo stickers and he never sent them.

If you follow all the guidelines for protecting yourself with a Paypal payment, you should get a refund from them.

I buy and sell a lot of stuff on other forums but I havent had any difficulties yet. Except right now I think I am being scammed on ebay for an extended batterey for my phone, cuz I payed for it 3-4 weeks ago and havent gotten anything yet. Luckily its only 25$.

One question though, what difference would it make if you were to pay with your bank account or a credit card through paypal, if you are going to dispute it through paypal anyways?

call paypal and follow through with them. Call your credit card or bank and stop or reverse the payment. Do it fast.
