did you use a credit card?

if you did, you can call them to reverse the transaction.
I am pretty sure paypal won't do ***t about it.

Paypal can't do jack, I am in the middle of getting my money back from a deadbeat seller right now. If you used a credit card cancel the payment through them.

Paypal is actually pretty good in these situations.
Open a dispute with them and follow through with it

I had this happen to me before and paypal couldn't really do anything for me other than give me their phone number. If you didnt have money in you paypal account and just let it instantly grab money from your bank account, then it may be covered by the bank still. That was the case with me except I was past the 30 day or so time period that PNC would refund me.

I'm going to give him one more day to refund my money before I soil his name. I promise I will provide that information tomorrow if this does not get resolved today.

I sent the money via paypal by the way.

Always use credit card when paying using paypal for this very reason! It's pretty much your only line of defense. Good luck w/ this douche.

Thanx for the help guys. I am talking to my bank right now because I used my Credit/Debit card. They told me they can resolve it and will probably be able to refund it back to my account.
