STi ------> 145
The list goes on and on. Most are electronically limited. Some are just geared shorter. Nothing going 150mph is friggin slow.
You forgot one car .....
RX-7 R2 (US Spec) ----> 160 (with a higher COD then base and touring models)
RX-7 Type-RS (J-Spec) ---> 167 (with 280ps)

All radar tested, not speedo readings.

What is the source of this statement?

I haven't seen anything about the US Lancer Evolution being electronically limited to 155. Motor Trend's "Speeding" article June 2003, ran the EVO to 156. No mention of electronic limit. They did however also test the MB AMG55 which they reported is electronically limited to 155 but was disabled for the testing.
