that Lancer reminds me of my uncles car.In the Philippines if ime not mistaken they call it "L type" lancer.

 

BTW, that vintage Lancer rally car is supposed to make an appearance at the North American Int. Autoshow in a couple weeks to help launch the all new 2008 Lancer. Pics should be coming soon.

Yea, watch out Subaru. Oh wait, they wiped the floor with that car. Thats the 2005 spec Mitsu rally car which was very much uncompetitive. It served the basis for the short lived 06 car as well. Hopefully next years Mitsu attempt will be less -halfassed. (When that car debuted, it didnt even have a paddle controlled gear box, pretty much a standard affare in WRC the past 4 or 5 years)

I do agree though its a neat looking car.
