Ok, instead of PMing some details, I'll just post it up here so everyone knows .

I do stock them, I do have 1 left, BUT, it only take a day for me to get them, or if noone is in a rush, I will have plenty more in stock next tuesday.

Here goes, with the EVOM discount, they normally go for $173 plus shipping. I know, pricey, but I deff can not complain. Like, I said normally $173....seeing sense someone started a thread on this, I'm feeling generous for the new year...how about..mention this thread, I'm knocking an additional 5% off, get them for $162.

This deal is going to last til the end of the month, but remember, mention this thread for the extra savings

I have an OEM cover and although the material was thinner than I expected, the fitment is good. It is slightly oversized so there is no issue stretching the cover to make it fit the entire car. It's made of a shiny silver material that reminds you of Apollo space missions. It will definitely keep the cat prints and dust off. Another thing I like about this cover is it leaves no residue on the paint/windows. I have had thinker all-weather covers in the past and they sometimes would leave a 'film' on the car. Good luck w/ your decision.

Won't any dust/dirt on the car cause scratches when the cover is installed?

I have had the OEM and a California Car cover. The OEM cover put swirlmarks and scratches in my paint. I use nothing but microfiber on the car when I wash and wax it, and I noticed that the car had no fine swirlmarks on before a few weeks of covering it. I also have noticed that the "corners" of the car are very scratched (at least fine scratches in the wax) to the point that the car looks brownish on the very tips of the wing and bottoms of the fenders (white car). The OEM cover does not fit, and is very loose, plus you have to remove the antenna, and it blows around considerably in the wind (possibly the cause of scratches).

I switched to the $300 California car cover and it is very nice. The cover fits the car perfectly like a glove, but isn't hard to put on. It also comes with a lock. The california car cover simply feels softer, whereas the OEM cover feels slick, but feels hard, and it has edges on the inside where they sewed it up. Im VERY picky about my vehicle's finish, and have always had top end covers for my other vehicles in the past ( FD RX7's, Supra). I would NOT go with OEM.

however, the oem is good for indoor use. keeping the dust off etc.
its the outdoor elements that it cannot handle well

hey what ever you do, DO NOT get the mitsubishi car cover for the evo. i bought mine for around 200 or 300 dollars from the dealership, after numerous folding, the grey plastic or paint on top of the cover started to peel and there was a grey dust chips on my fingers. after that the car cover started to leak water through everywhere. so do not waste ur money on mitsu evo car cover
