FWIW, I don't like the look of the knob, especially the anodized versions. Functionally, I like it even less.

Is that a sequestial GB ? - I try to shift like that on my 5sp but its a little hard, maybe i need to practice more - thank you though

wait for the revisions, they are little more to scale.

If you get a short shifter that reduces the throw but not the height that's what it will do.

But from what is being described the short shifter he has has reduced the vertical height, hence the fact that he wants a long knob to bring the height up and increase leverage.

If that was directed at me, I don't think I was being rude.

I think it is ugly. I think functionally it would be a very bad shift knob.

There's nothing rude or insulting about that. If you want to produce these to buy, it's worth listening to what consumers say.

In the 1G DSM they had a very tall shift knob and it was very uncomfortable to drive. Although the pole does not look much better.
