shift knobs - JDM options ?

well, I dont think I like my Greddy CW knob... too shinny.
anyhow, in my civic si I had a nice "brushed alum knob" which was the JDM Civic-R version... I know we Lancer owncers have "RallyArt" but the RA knobs I have seen are ugly... is there anything else I am missing if I want a JDM knob? - something simple like this:

Im looking for something like this:

This is the knob I will be manufacturing if I can't find one like it. Would anyone be interested in buying it?

I'm installing a works one.

Not very genuine JDM, but might suit your needs.

Sorry for the thread jack but is it correct that the ~'05 shifter has a different thread pattern than the '06+ ? I was looking at the ARC

So you into desinger stuffs? The 06 RA knob is black with leather grip.. Pretty plain, but what would you consider a great looking shifter knob? Carbon Fiber..?

I'm not sure, I had read a thread where someone used a knob from an 8 and had to return it. I couldn't figure whether it was from fitment or other reasons. I've only seen ARC titanium knob on the 8, for example. If the worst comes to worse, I'll call Mitsu

I got my BM shifter working great at 45% reduction, but it takes some effort to make the gears change. I guess that is due to the stick being to short and the knob being short also.

my question is, if I add a knob which is tall - taller than a round knob, will I be undoing the so called 45% shift reduction? (it appears my arm/hand would have to travel a little more to engage the gears thus, no really short-shifting) ?

I think it was eautowerks (works?) I got it from. Try Sun Auto shift knob on a google search.
