Man, that fu$%&* sucks. It's one thing for someone to steal a car but to vandalize a car just because they could'nt get it started is outragous. Those cowards should burn in hell with Satan himself for what they did to your Evo. My condolences and I wish you good luck with the insurance company - peace.

Go back next weekend and see if those 3 wannabe thugs are still there. If they are ask them if they saw anything. If they get weird start a list. You already have 3 names. Do with that list what you will.

BTW...you have the right to take your car to any body shop you want. There's actually a body shop bill of rights for this kind of stuff. Find the one for NJ and then tell your adjuster to suck it. Here's the one for California...
