Everything sounds fine especially if RRE tuned if for you.
If you are really worried get a taxtrix cable and look for knock yourself.

You don;t need headstuds at your level of mods.

Scot tuned my car as well, and trust me, you have nothing to worry about. Chances are your guage reads high, because my E-Boost 2 says I'm running 24 lbs. on pump while my medical grade MAP sensor says I'm really running 21 lbs. Scot tunes relatively conservative, and the last thing he wants is for you to blow your motor and hurt is rep. Also, I wouldn't worry about head stufds unless he told you to install them, becuause he tuned your car knowing exactly what mods it has, and he would tell you if it needed something.

There is a huge difference between a spike to 25lbs and actually holding 25psi. You're fine. You should have plenty of trouble free miles ahead of you. Now go get some cams and some cam gears and start enjoying the other half of the power band.

I don't think a bigger intercooler will yield significant gains until you're in the 400whp range. I haven't done a lot of research on it though but it seems like more of a cosmetic improvement. Certainly won't hurt performance though. On the other hand a set of aftermarket cams, cam gears, and a fresh tune will put a permanent shat eating grin on your face.

Scott Gray told me to jump off the Golden Gate bridge. I leave for San Francisco tomorrow morning.

New head sutuds? If a 25psi spike lifts your head, your head was not installed properly. If it doesn't knock, you should be fine.
