Last 2 weeks of May, the whole month of June, first 2 weeks of July are the worst part of the year to take a tour in Japan, you'll be lucky if you see a day without rain.

There will be no nice cars on the street. If your thinking about renting cars or vans, then you better have a proper driver's lincense. U.S. license can not be used in Japan, you guys better be ready for lots of walking. Make sure you bring your Rain ponchos.
well considering we have the guys from j on demand going and they basically live there.. we have drivers and tour guides.

since everyones saying something about the time ill have to research if junes a rly good time to go.

but im sure it will be fine

Monsoon's are not fun. I've been in one. We spent half of our day taking shelter instead of sightseeing. Also, you know how car guys are about taking high performance cars out in the rain. I'm just saying that you'd all have a much better experience in late July.

Well, PURE, is all up to you man, research this...........like I previously stated "once in a life time trip", so I don't want to be spoiled by rain. I don't mind some, but not almost every freaking day we are there.........Or I will have to you .

Well, to put some ease to the dilema... Like I've said, I just got done spending the past 4 years in Japan... Yes, June may be the season, but it doesn't rain every day and it isn't that horrible... Granted, you may want to think about going at a different time, but the time frame you have chosen isn't to bad... You will definately want to bring some warm clothing and rain stuff, plus don't expect to see cars out every day and stuff... But you have guides and stuff like that there also, so you will surely be able to find cars to check out and shops to get parts at! I just hope you're not expecting to find something like out of Tokyo Drift or something like that, cuz otherwise you'll be kinda disappointed...

Also, if you guys happen to find a place that sells the stock Ra//iart Seats, let me know! I looked all over out there and tried to find a set, but couldn't... Who knows, maybe you'll have better luck than I did! The Ra//iart in Japan comes stock with Recaro Racing seats...

Are you talking about the US Ralliart seats? In Japan they were called EVO VII GTA seats. The GTA was a cheaper evo in Japan.

No... There are stock Ra//iart seats, had the Ra//iart logo on them and everything... I saw them on here first actually, then started looking around Japan for them after I did some research and found out where they came from... I'll have to do some looking and find the post I'm talking about again...

I'd be interested in seeing them. Of course if its actually Ralliart official parts you can expect to spend an arm and a leg on them. Awesome stuff but not worth the price in my book. $700 for official Ralliart mirrors, no thank you.

About Travel: I've been talking with IACE lately. Apparently, April is a tough time to find discount airfare. June shouldn't be a problem at all. Airfare should be less and easy to get ahold of during the rainy season. Thats about the only good thing about going then. Remember, they only usually get discount tickets 1-2 months in advance. Often that means that they don't have a block of seats available. I'm just giving you a heads up because they might not be able to find enough discounted tickets on the same plane for 15 people. If you call them, I'd suggest calling the DC branch and talking to Maiyu. She speaks english well and has been very helpful. Number should be 1-800-526-4223.

I bought a few Ralliart parts and accesories when I was in Tokyo thru my hotel concierge. I basically printed the items i wanted off the Ralliart Cybershop website ==> https://cybershop.ralliart.co.jp/06A...rder/home.html <==
Asked the concierge to Call Ralliart for me then just charge my room for whatever items I ordered. Ralliart even gave me a few things extra since I ordered a few items. Also make sure you guys keep your reciepts as you can get a refund on some taxes.
