torque monster.................. I pick up that some of you think this guy is a hero of some sorts. I very happy he lived and noone else was hurt, but some times things happen for a reason, and Im sure this wasnt the first time he raced his srt4. Just by reading that, I understand what kind of 19 year old he was, careless, stupid, and a show off. We have all been passed by 19 year olds driving srt4s well over the speed limit and have said "what a idiot". The person who should share this story is his mother not him. His mother probally bought him the car and Im sure she told him plenty of times not to act careless. She is the hero for sticking by her son.

and we have all been passed by 19 year olds driving EVOs like f*ckin idiots too......but I do agree with the comment you said about his mom. I would HATE to ever have to put my mom through that.

I haven't even had my license for a whole year and have already changed my driving style drastically. I absolutely HATE it when people say that teenagers are bad drivers and that they think they are invincible, but, I realized that its very true. You think street racing is bad? Drinking and driving is the worst and I learned that the hard way. Lets not get into that but long story short I got EXTREMELY lucky. After that I realized that I need to stop that because I would get myself, and maybe even innocent people, killed. Then my family and I went on a vacation to europe and got in a pretty bad accident over there. It scared the bejesus out of me. We got T Boned at an intersection by someone who thought they could make it before it turned red. After one night in ER we were fine physically so we got pretty lucky. Since that I have been a good boy and consider myself a pretty good driver. Now I am saving up some money to attend the autoX school at MAM because thats where the racing belongs.

Anyways, this video helped me not make anymore bad decisions, and I want to thank the OP for doing it.

PS:I attached a pic of the accident from our vacation.

Was this posted on the SRT forums?
And if so, does anyone have the link?
