I have the issue (SCC), I can't remember if it was also featured in Modified. Not alot of people like SCC because they don't have naked girls featured on every page (not the typical meathead magazine) and each issue has a small amount of content, but the writers and editors are superior to all the other import car magazine published. If you like Modified or (god forbid) Super Street, you should definitely check out SCC.
