got the evo dynoed!!! whoo
ok so the mods list is as follows.
AMS 3 inch TBE
HKS racing intake
HKS profec B EBC
HKS RS BOV
AEM EMS
255 Fuel Pump
Dyno Tune
so i went down to alamo autosports to have it all installed and tuned and i have to say that those guys are the coolest guys ever.
on the dyno on the low boost setting (spike15 drops to about 13.5 and hold) it made 299.8
high boost (spike 22 holding about 19) it made 349HP and 339TQ. ON PUMP GAS
i have the vid and dyno sheet but i just drove back from dallas and i am a bit tired. i will post them up tomorro. but the dyno sheet only show the high boost setting.

Your stock boost gauge was broken then, stock boost on a 9 is 20.3 psi, regulated by the computer, your "high" boost setting, is safe for every day, all day, without race fuel or anything. Just run that all the time, unless that tune really is for race fuel and its running a really aggressive timing curve. If you want to get technical, your stock boost gauge should have been reading about 1.36 bar.

... You should not be at 95% duty cycle on stock injectors on stock turbo. You should be able to max out your stock turbo on stock injectors, with race gas and like 28 psi. Thats not right at all.

I just got back from the dyno
3" turboback
K&N filter with MAF adapter
326 awhp 323 awtq at 21.5psi tapering to 20psi
ECUflash
Supposedly the dyno reads lower than most so I may run the car on a different dyno this weekend just to see.

Dont waste your time on another dyno, dynos are only tuning tools, just got to the track and tell us your trap speed, thats the only consistant way to see power.
