ok. so i was driving down some road and i hit a pot hole and i hear a click. i really didnt think it was anything much but it was.. i drove about 5 more miles and than i hear a thing rubbing against my tire and i stopped at a publix right by my house. I saw the plastic housing that was on top of the wheel against my tire hanging onto it. i took it out and was wondering whatit was and than i say some wires and a big black box about 2 inches from my tire. i was freaking out cause it was just a pot hole. next min i saw part of my front bumper chiped off but it was still hanging on to the bumper....everything is messed up and i have no idea what to do...cause i dont think warrenty covers it and i have to bring it into the shop with a flatbed to see what happened cause i cant turn left or else the tire rubs against the wires and the big black metal box and that could do more damage to my car...well i upload pictures when i get home

File a complaint with the Florida DOT. They may reimburse you for the damages. Make sure you take a lot of pictures, and document the time and location of the damage. Take pictures of the pothole too. Put it all together, and submit.
Worse come to worse, you can file a comprehensive claim with your insurance or pay out of pocket if replacment parts aren't that expensive.

sorry about your mishap, and i agree with amstel you should file a complaint with the Florida DOT. They will reimburse you for the damages. Not sure how long it would take, but try to get them to pay for the damages by sending them a bill from a body shop. Oh and that black box is your engine oil cooler. you could bend the cooler back into place and get the wires out of the way and drive your car if you need a car to get around.
Agreed here that you should file a complaint. I can only go off of my state when I say it's far from a sure thing and will take a long time. If they have prior complaints on record then that's a huge help for your case. Some jurisdictions, unfortunately, will tell you to stick it in your cornhole no matter what. Good luck.
