I think for the '03 models the wing falls under the standard warranty which is 3yr/36k miles. As far as the brakes my '05 was only for 12k miles, not sure of the time limit since mine is way over 12k anyway.

Luckily i havent had any clearcoat problems with my wing or fading/peeling brembos- AND my car is an 03, which was notorious for having those problems. I only have about a pinhead size knick on one caliper from bumping a wheel into it while changing them at an autocross!

Here are two pics i recently took when i was back in Wisco to show the wing and brembos:

^^Lucky you. So far my hood vent needs repainted, the wing needs replaced, the Brembos are starting to go, I had the P0300 issue that needed the reflash, and now there is some bell-like noise coming from either the tranny or TC when I down shift or when I am backing up. I have an '04 with 26k miles on it and minimal power mods. Lucky me huh?

The wing goes on tomorrow morning so I will let people know if it is genuine replacement or just a reworked wing with carbon laid over the old crappy carbon as some have said. I will take very close look and confirm if this is true or not.

Well I got my wing yesterday and from what I can tell it looks perfect! I say from what I can tell because the north east got hit pretty good with snow and when I dropped the car off it was clean, when I picked it up a few hours later there was about 5" of snow on it! So when the snow melts off of it I will wash the car and give it a good visual inspection. That wont be till Friday though as I had to leave the car at my parents' house back near Pittsburgh as I had to commute back to my place yesterday and let's just say RT-615s dont go very good in the snow. I will post pics this upcoming weekend sometime Saturday afternoon after I install my cams and get that job done!

Well from what I can tell this is completely false, at least in my situation. Maybe they used to do this and now they dont. If this was the case there would be some sort of seem or line defining the difference in the original carbon and the new overlaid carbon and there is no seem in the front of the wing. So it seems it is one solid piece just like the original. I will say that the color seems to match perfectly but I am a little disapointed in the fitment and the slight orange peel of the silver sides. The fitment isnt too bad but you can now see the adhesive tape a little under the spoiler whereas you couldnt when it was stock. Also as I said there is just a slight orange peel to the paint which is the most disapointing but that is only noticeable if you really look for it so it isnt that bad. Let's just say it looked better with the stock wing but overall I am very happy as it looks a million times better than the failing clear on the original one. Overall I say

Yea this is def not true, I had mine replaced about two weeks ago, and I saw the wing off my car and the new one in the box. It had to be painted however so I had to leave it overnight. They gave me the invoice after the job was done, and retail mind you, the wing without painting was like 1700 bux!!!

I asked about the Brembo's too, and they said I would have to leave my car until the DM came around and looked at them. Not worth the hassle IMO, so I will just powdercoat them if they start to **** me off.

They did put up a little fight...

on the Wing- "you prolly caused the peeling, you know you aren't supposed to wax them right?"

on the Brembo's - "you prolly sprayed some of that wheel cleaner stuff on there and didnt rinse it off, that is why they are peeling..."
